The renovation of buildings, especially residences and hotels, has as a purpose the total upgrade and improvement of the building in terms of morphology − planning and function as well. Usually these interventions can radically change the function and the architectural view of a building, so that an entirely new building structure emerges

The design of tourist buildings, such as hotels and tourist residences, has as a common beginning the creation of spaces that will fully satisfy all the needs.
